Q. What is the purpose of this website?

We built this website to provide you with information about The Balance.Club. This includes information about our activities, blog posts and images. 

The other function of the website, is to allow you the option to submit your personal details to us in order to subscribe to TheBalance.Club. 

This website may include links to other websites (for example, to merchandise sellers or our sponsors’ websites). Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.  We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy policies. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.



Q. What personal data do you collect about me? And what do you use it for?

Personal data, or personal information, means any data about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).  We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to.

We only collect your personal data if you submit it to us through the website or via email.  The personal data that may be collected from you when you submit it is:

Your name - We ask for this so that we can identify you correctly in future correspondence.

Your email address - We ask for this so that we can email you back after you submit your details to us. We also ask for this so that we can identify you, should you wish to get in touch with us again in the future regarding any personal data that you have shared with us. 

Your Phone number - We ask for this so we can add you to our daily text messaging subscription service.

As well as personal data, we may collect additional voluntary information through surveys, polls, forms etc. This information will not be linked to individuals and will be treated as 'Anonymised Data'. This will be used for market research, and may be shared with 3rd parties in order to better tailor the content of our site for visitors and subscribers.
