It’s Monday, and I’ve woken up with the feathery head of a 4-gins-and-tonic evening the night before. The final hurrah before I knuckle down and get on with my Not Drinking. I use my slight headache and mild nausea as motivation for all of the water that I’m going to drink and chia seeds that I’m going to eat (I’ve never eaten chia seeds as far as I know, but I feel like that’s the kind of thing that non-drinkers might do to pass the time).
